1. Who we are
LaundroLink (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a marketplace that connects customers with laundry partners and riders for pickup, wash, and delivery services. By using LaundroLink, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
LaundroLink helps you discover nearby laundry partners, place paid orders, arrange pickup and delivery, and track progress in the app. We are a platform. Partners provide the laundry service. Riders handle collection and drop-off unless we say otherwise for a specific order.
3. Accounts
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
4. Orders and payment
Prices shown in the app are for the items and services you select. Payment is collected when you place the order, unless a promotion or product (such as Prime) states otherwise. Once accepted, an order is a binding request for service subject to availability and these terms.
5. Pickup, care, and delivery
You must make items available at the agreed pickup time and place. Point out special care needs in the order. Delivery is to the address and slot you choose. If nobody can receive the bag, we may rearrange delivery or hold it according to our refund and dispute policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, submit false orders, harass partners or riders, reverse engineer the app, or use LaundroLink for anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Liability
We work to keep the marketplace reliable, but laundry work is done by partners and logistics by riders. Claims about damaged, lost, or late items are handled under our Refund & dispute policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian law that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
