Rider terms

Rules for riders who pick up bags, take them to partners, and deliver clean laundry.

Last updated 3 October 2026

1. Becoming a rider

To ride with LaundroLink you must complete the required KYC checks, provide accurate personal and vehicle details, and keep them current. You must be legally allowed to operate as a rider in the areas you serve.

2. Your role

A typical loop is pickup from the customer, drop at the partner, then return clean laundry on the delivery slot. Follow in-app instructions, confirm handovers, and treat bags with care.

3. Conduct

Be punctual, respectful, and professional. Do not open bags except where the job flow requires a count or verification. Do not solicit off-platform work from customers or partners using LaundroLink data.

4. Pay

You are paid per completed run according to the rates shown in the rider tools. Failed runs caused by rider no-show or mishandling may not be paid. Settlement timing is as communicated on onboarding.

5. Safety and loss

Ride safely and obey traffic laws. Report accidents, lost bags, or damaged items immediately. Verified loss or damage caused by rider mishandling may affect pay and account standing under our dispute process.

6. Availability

You choose when to work within platform rules. Repeated cancellations after acceptance, fake completions, or abuse of customers or partners can lead to suspension or removal.
